Big! Very nice. Note how enormous it is! Barely fits in my standard size oven, but it does! I was expecting something more muffin pan sized. 55 star-for Large parties I used this pan to make brownie bites for a wedding shower. They were cute set with strawberries! A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY THIS PAN. If you need to make 100-200-I would buy 2 pans. While one is cooking you can fill the cups of your second pan. It takes a while to fill each little cup-so if you only had one pan and needed to make more than 48-your oven will run the 20-30 min it takes to fill the little cups! Make sure your oven is a standard size that will fit the size of the pan. Turn this pan-half way through the cooking time-so there is even cooking. If I only needed to make 48 of these for an event-I would buy 2 smaller pans. That way you can fill cups while the other is cooking. 5So convenient I am not a baker and have resisted making my own mini-cupcakes because of the protracted bake time when having to bake a single box of cake mix in multiple batches with smaller pans. This is great! An entire box of cake mix baked into mini-cupcakes in one fell swoop. Yes please! If you are not a fan of washing dishes, I suggest buying one of those "cupcake pens" to fill the wells. For me, it is next to impossible to fill the tiny cups without making a huge mess on the pan. A cupcake pen allows you to dose just the right amount into each well, and avoid making mess that will have to be scrubbed off later. 4Great in size but burnt what I was baking I loved the idea of getting all 24 cupcakes in at once but most of the cupcakes burnt when I used this pan. I made three batches and could only salvage, on average, 5 per batch that were decent. 2Love love love that I can make 24 muffins at ... Love love love that I can make 24 muffins at a time instead of just 12. In my house of 4 muffin lovers making a dozen muffins was not worth all of the effort since they were eaten so quickly. This is much better. And I haven t had any problems with staining or sticking either. Great quality. 5Heavy-duty pan to make alot of minis at once! I had to buy this pan, when I saw the reduced price! and was happily surprised at how heavy-duty this pan is. A very well-thought out asset is the extra space on the 15" side, between the cups and the edge of the pan. Today, when I used this pan and was taking it out of the oven, I realized how handy this is, your thumb does NOT go smooshing into one of your baked goodies :D I work in a professional kitchen, and I sent this pan through the Hobart dish machine. It came out fine and I'm sure it will continue to do so, the finish is solid. I previously would have to use mini muffin/cupcake tins that only held 12 each, were super lightweight, and hardly any border space to handle them. Now I can churn out minis so much more easily. Pics show before and after baking, clothespin is for reference size. 5Easy & impressive with the instructions below no instructions made it a 4 not a 5These instructions worked for me so it should be a 5 for you2. Down side it comes with NO instructions so I spent some time on the internet researching how to use is3. Set oven at 325-340 so it bakes a little lighterThan a normal cake4. I tried PAM regular spray& JOY with flourBoth work the same but Pam is cheaper sonwill go with that5. Spray each section then use a brush or small section of paper towel to wipe around and get every crevice. A small brush is fantastic - just swish swish6 This is a big pan - plan to turn around at 8 minutes which should be about 1/2 wayI ve baked white almond and a lemon with pudding mix from a box and brownie mix6. There s no consistency in measuringI used Duncan Hines to test thisFrench Vanilla cake mix to which I added almond extract made lovely 1/3 cup cakes and lady size 1/4 cup (Lady size means you can pick up with fingers)Lemon with pudding mix - 1/3 was a little too largeBrownie mix made cute 1/4 cup bundt cakes but they take 20-22 minutesI tested at 8(and turned pan ) then at 16min then every 2 min after7 if you use cake mix then using 1/3 cup size won t fill up all of the bundts8 let buntdts set in pan 5-7 min I m always running behind and only did 5 min which was fine even with the white cake9 I have a long cake rack so just placed on top of pan and turn over - all 3 recipies popped out nicelyThat s it - I just deliver some chocolate and lemon for a funeral lunch and they looked lovely - now I need to by a larger tray for display Lol! 4Allows you to get a lot done at once This item is great for making 4 dozen mini-muffins at one time. It is sized so that it takes up the entire rack in the standard-sized over. I use a paper towel dapped in oil and "swish" it in each of the muffin cavities before adding batter. This makes clean-up a breeze and the finished muffins just pop out of the pan. 4Amazing Time Saver! I bought this for my son's 1st birthday and it was awesome!! Only had to use it once to make 48 cupcakes instead of several pans. So worth it! Everyone at the party thought I bought the cupcakes:) Tip: I put the batter in a ziplock bag and cut the tip... HUGE time saver! Also did the same with the frosting:)) 5Perfect mini cakes!! Love this pan!! Just made my first batch of "baby cakes". Chocolate cherry. Came out perfectly. Butter the molds, then put cocoa powder for chocolate or confectioners sugar for other cakes. Came out smooth and easy. I used a recipe for a 12 cup Bundt pan and yielded 20 beautiful mini cakes. I did reduce time to 25 minutes in a preheated 350 electric oven. 5
