Chocolate Covered Strawberries-yum I buy this chocolate to make chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate dipped pretzels. I heat it in a microwavable bowl 10-20 seconds at a time, stirring in between. It is a very smooth consistency and great flavor and texture. I have purchased this product several times in the past. I have never had the chocolate spoil even if it doesn't get used quickly. I prefer this brand to Wilton or any other brand. This is a high quality chocolate and yields professional results. 5Wonderful velvety chocolate! The chocolate comes in two packages which was enough for our chocolate fountain dessert for 25 people. I followed the directions on the package as well as the fountain and everything worked perfectly. There was still chocolate left over so I put it in a plastic container and placed it in the refrigerator. The following week, I got it out and melted it in the microwave. It tasted just as good so we enjoyed it a second time. 5It melted nicely, but the chocolate tasted low quality I used this chocolate for a choc. fountain. It melted nicely, but the chocolate tasted low quality. Its hsrd to describe the flavor, but it can be compared to that of a no name brand chocolate bar. I was not impressed. Just expected more of a milky & dense chocolate flavor. 1Melts smoothly We used this in our chocolate fountain for my daughter's graduation. I prefer this brand over others out there. You don't have to add oil to this brand and it melts easily and smoothly. Plus it tastes good. Great product. 5Junk I'm not a fan of these chocolate wafers or the Wilton chocolate fondue fountain. I have tried both for two different parties and they were epic fails. I preheated The Fountain and melted the chocolate thoroughly before adding to the fountain. As soon as I started pouring the chocolate into the fountain it began to harden. Epic fail and I'm so disappointed. 1Not for fountain !! Beware I would not recommend this chocolate, I used Sephra before and can t compare to it no even close. Will order sephra from now on.... I order this because didn t have other options as far as timing of delivery date.... chocolate takes forever to melt and made a mess on my fountain, wasted 2 lbs had to throw away... 1Don't buy it. GFS stopped carrying fountain chocolate, so I tried this stuff. It promises ease of use, not needing oil.Not so.It runs thick, and until oil is added, will not run smoothly.The taste is grainy, like Hershey's chocolate (which I don't like) and not smooth like Nestle or Swiss chocolate (which I like). 2Great chocolate Good tasting chocolate everyone enjoyed 5Worked GREAT with the chocolate fountain Worked GREAT with the chocolate fountain. Just follow the instructions on the package: microwave a bunch of times at medium power for 45 seconds or so (whatever it says on the package) and just massage it between each time in the microwave. Comes out nice and creamy. The advantage of this chocolate over others is that you don't have to add any oil. You melt it, and put it in the chocolate fountain. 5Not what I expected. I am used to using Sephra chocolates and decided to give this brand try. I was so disappointed when I dipped strawberries and expected them to coat and try quickly. I had to throw them away because they never dried up. 1
