Nice quality. Good, well-balanced weight. You'll enjoy these.I really like these spoons, which I gave myself for Christmas. These are heavier than the old spoons I replaced and simply feel better in your hand since the weight of the spoon feels "balanced". The bowl of the spoon is slightly larger than my old ones, too, and is just the right size for soups and other soft foods. I'm most impressed by the quality. Very nice product for a good price, which is unfortunately not always the case these days. (My only problem is that my new spoons were so nice that I had to immediately buy new soup and sandwich sets, which set me back a few pennies...but I'm eating in style.) 5Great quality soup spoons!I m really glad that I made this purchase! I needed soup spoons because they did not come with the silverware set that I bought. These seem really durable and they have a nice weight to them! They are easy to clean and have put into the dishwasher. 5Feels like old used spoonThese spoons were cheap so wasn't expecting anything perfect.They come in plastic bags each with no tag.All of the spoons round areas are sharp as if they skipped some factory step. The spoon handles were smooth which made me believe it must be skipped factory step.The area where the handle and spoon meets are very rough - 2 out of 8 spoons had very sharp stuck out steel coming out. - would not be ideal for kids to use.I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. 1AmoVee Soup Spoons, Wholesale Stainless SteelI purchased the 12-pc these soup spoons due to their high rating reviews but returned them after receiving & going through my own QA. They were individually and very nicely wrapped so it was a first good impression. Good size, good weight and nice shine - just what I wanted. Going through each one and touching the rims of each spoon, I found that they weren't consistently smooth. It was 7 out of 12 spoons that I thought were acceptable to use but the 5 remaining weren't safe for use. They had sharp edges that would most likely cause cuts on the inner cheeks. Please upgrade your company QA to consider these issues before selling your product. 1Jagged edges unsafeI returned these spoons because the edges were rough in some places - not polished and sharp so not safe! Definitely couldn't use for guests...wouldn't keep for myself either.I did eat soup with one to try it out. The jagged part on the one I used was up the handle so safer but still doesn't feel good. I liked the overall size and length of the spoons, the weight was about half restaurant quality, not great - not awful.I was told to ship back the spoons. Although I was refunded, a replacement was not offered leading me to think they are aware of the problem and are just not fixing it. After reading more reviews here, the jagged edges are a well documented issue. I reported this to Amazon as I feel it's a defective product to be advertising, more importantly a safety issue. 1Nice spoons for a reasonable priceI ordered 2 sets of 8 soup spoons to have enough for my family for Christmas Day dinner. I placed my order late, but I received them late in the afternoon on Christmas Eve, just as Amazon said I would.The spoons are shallower than spoons that I already owned, so I was afraid they might be too small. Not so! They are actually a better size than the ones I already had. They certainly worked well, and I have used them several times with satisfaction since then.I like weight, the clean, shiny finish, and the smooth design. A couple of the spoons had a very slightly rough edge, but a few swipes with a Brillo pad was all it took to take care of that. I am delighted to have a set of soup spoons large enough for my brood at a reasonable price and would not hesitate to order more in the future. 5Long hunt for perfect soup spoon over!The partner in crime and I have hunted far and wide for the perfect soup spoon. For the price I paid, I was certainly not expecting a spoon to give me an earth shattering, salacious experience. With that being said, I am happy with my decision to purchase this particular set of soup spoons. Everything you need to know prior to purchasing or for product comparison is stated in the product description, especially the measurements. My spoons arrived exactly as stated in the description, without any sharp edges and ready for use. They have been used and run through the dishwasher several times since my purchase and seem to be holding up okay. For reviewers who say the spoons are too big for their mouth; when using a soup spoon you typically sip or eat from the side of the spoon rather than trying to fit the whole spoon in your mouth. 5I won't lie.At first i hesitated to order this set bc of those reviews from those who rwceived a set that had sharp edges. But just a chance anyway. Glad i did bc lucky me, i got a set that came with no sharp edges. This set is exactly what i had hoped for at a fair price. Yes, i would recommend this set to others and hope they too get a set with no sharp edges. They deserve 5 stars for speedy shipping too. 5
