    Great! Not bulky and stiff like most mitts These are very cute, and well-made. I don t usually use oven mitts because they are too bulky and stiff, so hard to get a good hold on pans; these are smaller and more like thick regular mittens, so easy and safe to use. Best for small-and medium-sized hands. And, my daughter likes to say she can take things out of the oven with her bear hands ..... 5Awesome Appearance, Not-So-Great Performance These earn 2 stars just for being so darned cute and +1 for being heavy.They look great in the kitchen. The pads of the paw feel leatherish. They match our log cabin theme. The little leather claws are darling.Unfortunately, they are so well padded that they don't flex well. This makes it really hard to pick up cookie sheets or get a good grip on pans. I have gotten so frustrated trying to use them that I gave up and used a cheap one and decided these were best kept for decor.On the plus side, the seems and material are really sturdy. They are just incredibly stiff and hard to use. 3smaller hands fit best in these I really enjoy using these mitts, they are fun and functional at the same time. However they're pretty small. I see other reviewers saying they fit their larger hands well but I would exercise caution if ordering for large hands. I have fairly tiny hands and wear a size 4 ring and they are perfect for me. My husband is a big, tall guy with large hands (wide and long but not fat) and they barely fit him at all, which was kind of a bummer since I bought them for him after seeing them in a Life of Boris You Tube video. 5Slightly disappointed UPDATE: I was using these to pull a pan out of the oven and the heat seemed to go right through the paw pads and burned my finger!! It felt like I picked up the pan without anything on. Scared to use them for anything hot at this point. Really disappointed and flabbergasted that these don't even perform their basic functionality!!!Slightly disappointed with these. I was excited about the concept, but when I got them realized that they were not very well made. On one side, the thumb is super small (and I already have small hands), and the stitching was wonky. On top of that, I was disappointed that they are a bit clunky and unwieldy in picking things up.Nice concept, not so great execution. 1worried about the integrity of the seams. threads are coming out on day of purchase. I'm not sure how I feel about these. I just got mine yesterday and there are strings coming apart at the seams. I don't want to cut them because I don't want the seams to unravel, but I also don't have time to return these and get a replacement before they are needed as a birthday gift. So I'm going to just have to say that I'm not really thrilled about the quality of them if threads are already coming apart. Unfortunately I'm not able to find anywhere in the options to contact the seller directly about this, so hopefully they will see this and respond to me about what I should do. 2flammable? this was really cute, i gave it as a christmas gift and the recipient really loved it.he had it for about a year, texted me a couple weeks ago with the attached picture. he was baking and these oven mitts were hanging on the wall with the rest of his mitts. not touching the oven or even in the range of heat. the one mitt suddenly combusted and he had to extinguish the flames.Luckily he was able to put it out before any damage was caused.sucks because otherwise they were really cute and made a perfect gift. 1I PULLED THE COOKIES OUT OF THE OVER WITH MY ... MY ENTIRE FAMILY IS GOING TO MURDER ME WITH THEIR BEAR HANDS BECAUSE OF ALL THE BEAR PUNS I'M MAKING NOW. 5Five Stars They work great but my dog always looks concerned when I wear them. 5get real oven mitts! the fit is so weird extremely short thumb with an extra large palm. I bought them to use with my iron skillet but ended up using them as pot holders as it's very difficult to grip and hold hot handles with these mitts on. 1Adorable and useful! I got these as a gift for my boyfriend. He does most of the cooking. He really likes them and uses them all the time. They have held up well so far and they're even cuter in person. 5
