DO NOT BUY, WASTE OF MONEY! I purchased this pan on March 21,2018, I was checking my shopping history to see if I could return it. The pan looks great when you first get it, but using it only to cook eggs and using silicone utensils on medium heat it immediately started getting scratches on the cooking surface! I couldn t believe it! I am so careful with this pan! Now after about a dozen uses, the surface of the bottom of the pan started bubbling up toward the center and after each use more bubbles stared to appear. One day later, after cooking, I took my eggs from the pan and the coating had come off completely where the bubbles had been. Of course,I could not eat this! I really just want my money back! Though the pan was not too expensive, it s not worth any amount of money if it does not serve the purpose for which it was intended, and could be a possible health hazard from ingesting the coating. 1A good buy. Works so far as advertised. The sticker came off with no problem, contrary to other reviews. It works fast with my induction unit. Happy so far. We shall see how long the nonstick last. A good buy. 5Very good for this price I bought this Non-Stick pan to compliment my Stainless Steel set. I use the Stainless Steel for meats, saut and searing. Needed a high quality Non-Stick for delicate food, like eggs, fish, etc. Love this pan. Little butter and eggs slide around easily. Have yet to break a yolk in a month. Like all pans, you need to follow the care instructions if you want it to last. No pans should be hot when immersed in water, don t use really high heat, etc. Most uneven/warped pans are from over-heating or placing a hot pan in water. Let it cool down first, otherwise it will warp. This goes for almost every pan. I would absolutely buy this pan again and wish I bought it years ago. Do yourself a favor and buy a quality silicone spatula set to use with this pan. 5Nice, sturdy pan. So far, item is as advertised. For future consumers considering purchasing this item, be sure to read instructions. It does advise user NOT to use olive oil if at all possible. I guess because of its low smoke point, which can mess up the non-stick performance... which is probably why my other pan (different brand) is messed up. Looked online for best ways to clean the surface if it does get compromised.Item is well made, sturdy and easy to handle. 5Product failed after about 25 uses We ve had this product for about three months. The coating has now bubbled and I m unsure if it s safe to use for cooking. We found the cleanup was not as described either. I m not sure if we received a defective item or if the coating type is not durable enough. The product description provided an assurance of years of performance. That wasn t true in our case. 1"Perforated plate" is not for every induction range. OK in general, but it does not "register" on an induction "ring" that you would expect it to fit. It could be that "perforated plate" design provides too little size and volume "resistance" for the induction coil.As a result we have to use a next smaller plate, which does not head the pan as evenly as it could have been.I would imagine it might work just fine for some other, less "picky" induction range, and that it likely does a perfect job of spreading heat on all "conventional" ranges. My comment is about my own induction range fit, and it is *not* perfect. 4Very good quality Great quality, nice weight, good feeling handle with a non-slip grip, and decent non-stick capability (nothing's quite as good as teflon, but teflon's been banned; toxic-to-the-environment manufacturing process if memory serves). Has a sturdy non-slip handle.Now my husband and I make breakfast every weekend. He makes the bacon and hash browns in this pan, then I make sunny side up eggs. I turn the heat up to medium, spray a little Pam (for delicate edge crispness), add the eggs, leave it on the heat for 1 minute, and off the heat for 45 seconds. I've found that a lot of restaurants don't make good sunny side up eggs (raw albumen on top, yuck), but with this pan, they're perfect every time!There's great depth to these pans. I can't wait to make some of my favorite dishes that require a goodly volume and a good tight-fitting lid. Spinach and broccolini dishes come to mind. 5Worst Non stick pan I have ever had The first month everything was great and the pan was wonderful. After the first month the non stick coating on the pan started to bubble up and come off in my food. It started with one small spot. At that point I cleaned the spot made sure nothing else was loose went on. After two more uses the coating on the pan was bubbled up all across the the entire pan and had to go in the trash. The pan had always been hand washed - never in the the dishwasher. I am not unreasonable- I know non stick pans dont last forever but this was by far the worst and lasted the least amount of time. I have tried many different non stick pans and this was a big waste of money. 1Decent pan So this, I believe, is a good cheap pan. I bought mine October 7,2017. It's still very non-stick and that surprises me since all the other cheapies in the same price range were in horrible shape after a year. This one does have a few scratches on it, one is a bit deep but only about 1/4 inch long but doesn't affect the function of the pan all that much. Does it have the slick feel it had when I first bought it? No, but it's still doing very well ( always cook with some oil btw) I never put this in the oven or dishwasher. I wash it with the Scotch brite stay clean scrubbers, (the purple ones, they work really well and don't scratch the pan) My partner is a former chef and he's very strict about how I wash it and what utensils I can use on it, rubber silicone only. I know I've in a moment of urgency used a metal spoon to move something in it. Shh. oops! So, I can't testify if the scratches would be there anyway, but just for full disclosure. 4Quality Non stick Pan A quality,reasonably priced non stick unit. Use this instead of my stainless steel for minor frying (eggs,burgers,bacon,etc) because it is so easy to clean and seems to splatter less than the steel. Haven't picked up a non-metallic spatula/turner yet and so I'm carefully using a metal one in the interim. No scratches or flaking/chipping noticed. The metal handle and the base material seem high quality (sturdy feel) for the price paid. 5
