Great Bath Mat, Thick, Absorbent, Hotal QualityI had been looking for bath mats with the same high quality as luxury hotels and this purchase was ideal. These bath mats are of superior quality. They are thick, soft and absorbent but most of all they are very attractive. They are the perfect size to catch all the drips when someone steps out of the shower. They are so soft and thick that they literally "feel good" under your bare feet and toes. I bought the white mats and they laundered very well. So glad they have no rubber backing to crumble with age. They won't have to be laundered separately but can be tossed into the wash with the towels. They are very well made, and I expect to get many years of use from them. I will definitely order these bath mats again in another color 5Great, hotel-style bathmatsThese were EXACTLY what I wanted! I ordered 2 sets, one for each of my bathrooms. So far so good. I have not slipped when I step on them, nor have my kids. I like that they can be washed in hot water. I now wash my bathmats regularly. 5they are fine! I even repeated the washing after I embroidered ...I have found these mats to be embroidery friendly! They fit under my presser foot with a slight adjustment. I have a single needle machine and the ability to adjust for thicker fabric. I washed these mats in very hot water and dried on high heat.. they are fine! I even repeated the washing after I embroidered on the mats and there was no shrinking... My embroidery looks like it just came off my machine! Very happy and I will order more in the future.. Service was fast and accurate! Thanks 5Permanent color stains - paint or similar(1) The towels were packaged poorly in thin plastic wrapping. The plastic was punctured and worn in several places.(2) There were a few small color stains. The substance appears to be paint or something similar. It is bonded to the fibers and could not be removed after several washings. I even tried bleach.The damage seems to have occurred in manufacturing, because the defects are small, localized, and unlike the kind of damage that occurs in storage and shipping (for example, the damage is not dust, not scuff marks where fabric was exposed, not creasing from weight, not worn patches from handling). It is the kind of damage that points to failed quality control in manufacturing. At some point in the manufacturing, it appears the fabric or the finished towels were exposed to a foreign paint-like substance.I have to assume that these are "seconds": i.e., goods that, while technically new and fairly usable, are nonetheless visibly damaged or defective. Manufacturers who sell their "seconds" typically label the stock clearly and discount the price heavily. This retail seller, Homizon, is selling these as new undamaged goods.It raises the question: did the seller, Homizon, purchase "seconds" and purposefully sell them as undamaged new goods? Is Homizon's purpose to sell "seconds" to unsuspecting Amazon customers, betting that we won't notice or won't care? I don't know about other Amazon customers, but I myself did notice and do care. Whatever the cause, the stock arrived poorly packaged and was, on top of that, irreparably damaged.Recommendations:- Do not buy this product;- Do not buy from seller Homizon. 1Escaping the separate weekly wash-load of fuzzy decorative bath matsI grew very tired of the pretty, but overly fuzzy bath mats with the rubber backing to them. It was always such a hassle to wash them separately from the towels, then to have to wipe the clothes washer free of their fibers and hang them up to air-dry. Like others who reviewed this product, I kept thinking back to the hotels and motels I'd stopped at throughout the years and how all those professional businesses had bath mats that were at least double the thickness of towels, and what ease it would be to rid myself of decorator bath mats in favor of something I could just toss into the wash with my regular towels. I bought my first one from a department store but soon realized how nice it'd be to have more of them on hand. The reviews for the Alurri Bath Mats were quite favorable, and they looked exactly like what I'd already spent more on for my first one -- so I placed my order for one package of these. Had I known how very satisfied I'd be with them, I'd have ordered two sets, rather than just one. The two new ones washed up beautifully -- no shedding, shredding, or loose strings They came out of the dryer wrinkle-free and are now stored within arm's reach in case of a hasty shower when I've forgotten to put one out. I don't step out onto them still dripping of water, so they're more than thick enough to meet my needs. I would suspect, too, they're a lot more sanitary to use. Mainly, though, I was just looking for faster and easier ways to live my life, and this was one of them. The addition of two more cloth bath mats to my bathrooom linens is yet another success in cutting corners. I'm very glad to have found these here on Amazon and highly recommend them to others trying to save time in their already busy lives. 5NOT as advertised, NOT Alluri brand !!!I purchased these Alluri bath mats last year and was very happy with them. I ordered them again this year and what I received is not even close to what it supposed to be. These mats are advertised as Alluri brand bath mats but instead, this time, I received some cheap brand replacement ( as shown on the pictures). When I contacted seller to see if there was a mistake and wrong bath mats were sent to me as these are clearly NOT ALLURI MATS I received response that I can return them if I don't like them. So they are luring people to believe they are purchasing one item and than they sent some cheap product. I do not recommend these mats nor dealing with this dishonest seller!!! Attached are pictures of the original Alluri brand mats I was supposed to receive and the cheap brand I received instead. 1A GREAT FIND!!!Towels are EVERYWHERE. BUT, try to find a simple reversible bath mat! I looked in store after store... high end stores and discount. These are exactly what I've been looking for.. Good quality at a great price. It's not one of those heavy bath rugs with a rubber backing that degrades and leaves debris in the dryer. This cotton mat has a nice thickness, but not so thick it can't be washed and dried right in with your towels. Very satisfied! 5
